Quantum Storefront

One of our ongoing projects is the maintenance of Enlivant's print-on-demand site. Ran in partnership with our printing vendor, this website is a place where employees can edit flyers, postcards, calendars, newsletters, etc. templates with their own information. They're then ordered, printed and shipped to the community.

As the creative director, it was my job to manage the content of the site. My team and I worked with Quantum programmers to create a variety of templates that we could design and have programmed quickly and efficiently.

A variety of master templates were programmed so that the designers would have a few different layouts to choose from.

Once templates were up and running, we shifted focus to the usability of the site.

We reorganized all materials and introduced new categories creating clear distinctions between event types. This helped save money and helped employees organize more strategic events.

I redesigned the thumbnails and tweaked the structure of the site. Columns were increased from 3 to 4 so they would better display the postcard and flyer pairs and developed custom thumbnails for each product.

After rolling out our new format we saw an increase in satisfaction and overall orders. Larger and more inviting images encouraged users to explore the site; inspiring the use of our many templates and less custom order requests.

Anything that is not programmable or appropriate for the storefront, is put into a Marketing Toolkit. Distributed to our teams and available online, it includes examples of campaigns, ads, direct mail, custom projects etc. and serves as a great resource when a community is unsure what marketing solution to implement in their region.
