Ad Series + Direct Mail

The goal here was to develop a campaign that would highlight the beautiful and homelike nature of these communities, while still maintaining our empathetic and supportive voice. How can we highlight the aesthetics of the community without being too sales-pitchy or sounding like we're selling real estate?

Our solution was to invite the reader into our community, into our home, with an invitation as you would a neighbor. We'll set a place for you. We'll open up our home so you can join us and see how we live in our remarkable communities.

Event Collateral + Promotion

Pieces created for a new community opening up in Spokane Valley, WA. The local teams came up with an 'Around the World' theme which the marketing team and I turned into a tour around Ridgeview Place.

Materials all followed a travel theme, a passport was created for the tour around Ridgeview and I created custom 'passport stamps' that reflected the new community.

Ad Campaign

A handful of our midwest communities needed to reach a younger age group then our usual customer. 

We went in a 'live your life' direction for creative. Think about all the things you'll have time for when the daily household chores are taken care of! You deserve to spend time doing what you love, and we can help you do just that.

To support our flyers, direct mail and newspaper ads we developed collateral to add to existing community brochures. To further carry on the IL messaging, we put up a general awareness billboard that depicted seniors living an active and vibrant life.

Ad Campaign

This community needed a way to keep up with the new competition. They're bigger, cheaper, newer and more modern. So what do we have that they don't? An incredible history and care team.

We created a beautiful campaign that highlighted the long-term employees that worked at this community. Focusing on what the connection was between them and our seniors. 

The campaign included:

  • Organizing an Employee photoshoot
  • Employee Interviews
  • Banner ads which lead the reader to a larger ad inside
  • Free standing insert
  • Direct mail
