Challenge
The annual Enlivant Leadership Conference is a time for everyone to come together to celebrate successes, learn from mistakes, and set goals for the year to come. Each year the conference gets bigger and better- and for 2018 the planning committee agreed it was time to take the conference to the next level with some branding work. It was an opportunity to bring a professional look and feel, As this was the first year a designer had been brought onto the team, it was important to demonstrate what a difference cohesive branding can make for a conference.
Solution
After arriving at the new official name for the conference - Elevate - we got to work on the visual identity for 2018. The creative team and I worked hard to develop an identity that would feel new and exciting, while playing on some of the familiar Enlivant brand elements that are so present in our consumer materials. We worked hard to bring these elements into every piece of the conference - from the emails to the signage to the presentations we were able to create a cohesive and professional experience for our attendees.
The Elevate logo was designed to support a simple tagline that would change with the year.
Each year, a new theme. A new area to Elevate and stand behind as a leader, a community, a company.
As we developed the graphic identity we decided to stay true to the Enlivant color palette for the first year. In years to come and as the new conference name is more established, we can switch things up with new colors, graphics, etc.
Website for attendee registration, conference schedule, travel information and a form for questions.
Reception Invitation
The conference program was 8x10in, and designed to fit into the conference folder that was distributed to attendees as they arrived.
The name badges were designed hang on an angle, supporting the graphic identity of the conference that year.
A powerpoint presentation template was developed and distributed to all presenters.
